Reducing the greenhouse effect with the Action-GHG tool
Inventories of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and action plans for municipalities to reduce impacts.
Inventory, action plan and energy planning for reducing GHG emissions
Action-GHG is a website that showcases progress in reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions following regular updates of measures and actions at both the municipal and community levels. With this tool, municipalities that have completed an inventory and an action plan to reduce GHGs ensure that they follow up regularly with municipal staff but also with the community who will be able to see the impact of the measures and actions of reducing the GHGs involved.
Where do we need to reduce greenhouse gases?
Although climate change is considered one of the greatest challenges of modern times, there is still a certain part of the North American population that is not yet convinced that greenhouse gases are responsible and others that believe that there is nothing to do and some do not to take concrete action out of economic dependence on fossil fuels.
